Position:
Chocolate Maker with Equipment Expertise
Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain chocolate-making equipment, ensuring optimal performance and quality output.
Follow recipes and production schedules to create a variety of high-quality chocolates.
Monitor and adjust machine settings to achieve desired texture, consistency, and flavor.
Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with the production team to meet production goals and maintain product standards.
Uphold hygiene and safety standards in the chocolate-making process.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chocolate Maker, preferably with expertise in operating chocolate-making equipment.
Knowledge of different chocolate types, tempering techniques, and production processes.
Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance tasks.
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Passion for chocolate-making and a creative approach to flavor profiles.
