We're looking for a dedicated Cafe Team Member to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of our establishment.

Key
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, lattes, and iced coffees.
Assist in pizza preparation, from taking orders to baking and serving.
Prepare and serve breakfast items, including sandwiches, pastries, and more.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure food safety and presentation.
Handle customer inquiries and provide menu recommendations.
Operate the cash register and process customer payments accurately.
Uphold high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation.
Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
Follow cafe policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
Maintain knowledge of cafe offerings and be able to explain them to customers.
Assist in stocking and restocking supplies as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, or similar customer service role is a plus but not required.
Passion for coffee, pizza, and breakfast cuisine.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
A positive and friendly attitude with a strong work ethic.
Team player with a commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.
Attention to detail and a focus on cleanliness and hygiene.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
